Tracking Information

RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your lopéa pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
