SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Options & Delivery Times (UK Mainland)
DHL Free Shipping: 3 to 8 business days.
DHL Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.
RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
